Tanyani Shisana is a communication professional by day and a self-taught cake decorator by night. As the Brand and Internal Communications Consultant for Deloitte Africa, she develops and implements innovative internal marketing campaigns that create awareness, inspire change and spark engagement on internal policies, innovative solutions for clients, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. 

Being raised in a family dominated by fearless women who always push the envelope, Tanyani started Shudu’s Treats, an online bakery where she creates delicious, custom-made cakes for special occasions. Her love for Math, passion for creating and putting a smile on people’s faces has accelerated the growth of her business even during tough times.
