We welcome enthusiastic, passionate, and knowledgeable leaders to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, engaging, and hands-on Business/STEM/leadership program to youth leaders from ages 12-18. You will help create an inclusive learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and collaboration among leaders globally.



**The responsibilities are general. During the interview, more specifics will be discussed and required**

  • Assume responsibilities that impact the growth and development of the organization and the youth leaders. 

  • Deliver the Taylor Educational Framework (T.E.F.)model during all activities and events. 

  • Coordinate and manage camp activities, ensuring proper scheduling, resource allocation, and safety protocols

  • Collaborate with fellow counselors, facilitators, and camp coordinators to plan and implement daily activities and special events.

  • Maintain accurate records of camp attendance, registrations, and payments.

  • Develop and maintain a staff and volunteer database, ensuring all required documentation and certifications are up to date.

  • Uphold and enforce all camp policies and procedures, including safety protocols and behavior guidelines.

  • Participate in member training and professional development opportunities to enhance delivery skills of the Taylor Educational Framework model.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, guardians, and community partners.

  • Promote camp programs through various marketing channels, such as social media, email, and community events.

  • Prepare and distribute camp materials, including newsletters, schedules, and registration forms.

  • Provide feedback to support continuous improvement of the camp experience.

  • Perform other duties as assigned but not limited to supervising lunch breaks, chaperoning field trips, leading morning fitness/motivation sessions, leading/facilitating hands-on activities, and assisting with check-in and check-out.

  • Follow all guidelines and policies.



  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in a STEM field, Education, or related discipline. Candidates with equivalent experience in informal STEM education settings will also be considered.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age 

  • 2+ years of experience working with organized youth programs preferably in a camp or informal learning environment.

  • Strong knowledge and passion for business, leadership, and STEM subjects, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an engaging and accessible manner.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of campers, staff, and parents.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various social media platforms.

  • Experience in staff and volunteer management.

  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.​

  • First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain before the start of the camp season.

  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
